FAQ and Order & Shipping Info

Please read this page first before contacting me! I will try to keep this updated with the most up to date FAQs. If you don't see an answer to your question here, please reach out and I'll get back to you as soon as I can :) Thank you!

ORDER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:

US orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to process and ship. International orders may take up to 12 weeks. Once it's shipped, I have NO CONTROL over the package with the USPS and will be shipped based on the carrier's times.
Orders, specifically apparel and prints, will be shipped in multiple and separate packages! You will receive multiple email with separate tracking information if this is the case for your order!

International Shipping

International shipping marked as no tracking are shipped at your own risk! Once they are in the hands of the mail carrier, I am not responsible for them and am not able to replace them if they are lost. If you are concerned about the package arriving to you, please consider the USPS First Class Mail International package option. CHOOSE "INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- NO TRACKING" AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I got an email saying my package is delivered but I haven't received it yet. 

Sometimes tracking numbers aren't 100% accurate and will say it's delivered when it hasn't. Try copying your tracking number into USPS:
(https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) to see if there's more accurate information.
If that doesn't help, please wait a few days and see if the package shows up, as sometimes the actual package is just behind and will appear in a few days. If you haven't received your package after one week, please reach out to me at artbyviva@gmail.com.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, first double check your shipping information. If you entered the wrong shipping info and if the item was returned to me, you are responsible for paying the new shipping cost. 
If the package was lost my the carrier, and your package included tracking, please reach out to your local post office before contacting me. 

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING:

Pre-order will be ordered after a certain set date, and then make take another few weeks to arrive to me and then ship out. If you order a pre-order item, I'll communicate an estimated date once I have it!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

Unfortunately, I can not provide returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact me at artbyviva@gmail.com and I'll be happy to discuss a replacement or refund on a case by case basis!
